Description
Roles are the base of role-based security.
In order to give a end-user permission to perform a certain task (= activity) you first need to create a role that gives authorisation to this activity, and then add the end-user to this role. Access can be restricted to entities, so that an end-user may have the authorisation to run an activity in one entity, but not in any other.
